Agriculture Resource Guide
The Agriculture Resource Guide includes Research Themes on IPR/TRIPS, Food Security, Food marketing and pricing, Biotechnology, Gender roles in Agriculture, Forestry, Irrigation and Water. Key websites include the International Institute for Environment Development (IIED) which focuses on sustainable agriculture and Agrostat/Faostat, FAO's database on agriculture and forest products.

Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute (FAPRI)
The Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute (FAPRI) is a dual-university research programme established with a grant from the US congress. FAPRI prepares baseline projections each year for the US agricultural sector and international commodity markets. Main duties are: evaluating supply, demand, and policy factors that influence short-term and long-term trade prospects and patterns; increasing the public's understanding of agricultural trade-related issues; for example, those involving the European Union, China, and India; providing information for the legislative process regarding US Farm Bills and trade agreements. The website provides publications on trade and WTO issues in pdf format.

Since 1999, Ag Observatory has been covering US policy, food-safety issues, the bio-economy, and agribusiness market concentration.

Trade observatory
Since 1999, Trade Observatory (formerly WTO Watch) has been documenting the World Trade Organisation, the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Free Trade Area of the Americas and other international trade agreements and institutions. Additionally, Trade Observatory posts the work of IATP and other organisations working toward fairer trade systems and alternative approaches to globalisation.

IDEAS centre
IDEAS Centre is an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to helping low-income countries to integrate into the world trading system - in a way that supports their national poverty reduction and economic development efforts. The Centre offers practical, results-oriented advisory services and executes projects aimed at strengthening the capacities of developing/transition country governments to shape both their domestic economic policies as well as the international policies that affect them.

Agricultural Economics research Institute (LEI)
LEI is one of the research institutes at the Wageningen University and Research Centre in the Netherlands. It does economic research in the field of agriculture, horticulture and fisheries, the management of rural areas, agribusiness and the production and consumption of foodstuffs. Information about their research and publications is available on their website.

Trade law centre for South Africa (TRALAC)
Tralac is a not-for-profit organisation, building trade law capacity in the southern Africa region; in governments, the private sector and civil society. Develop trade law intellectual capital: monitors trade negotiations, interprets agreements, contributes to debates and stimulates discussion on international law matters, researches developments in international trade law tralac prepares and disseminates a weekly electronic newsletter, Trade Briefs Working Papers, news articles; contributes to discussions in media, collects and makes available an extensive collection of Trade Agreements and related legislation.
